1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phfurtune ("phfurtune", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the phfurtune website located at https://phfurtune.net and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phfurtune, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of phfurtune, or an immediate family member of any such person.

phfurtune reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phfurtune may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Any person who provides false information regarding their age or identity in order to access the Platform commits a serious breach of these Terms and may be subject to legal action.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the phfurtune Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. phfurtune shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any third party. phfurtune will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified phfurtune of a security breach without undue delay.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

phfurtune is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to cooperate fully with phfurtune's KYC process, including providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership when requested.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your phfurtune account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. phfurtune accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phfurtune does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your phfurtune account. phfurtune reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phfurtune aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours; actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of your chosen payment provider.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the phfurtune Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. phfurtune is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

phfurtune reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct. Such transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phfurtune offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published on the relevant promotion page. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• phfurtune reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• phfurtune reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any other fraudulent means.
• Players who have opted for self-exclusion are not eligible to receive or use any bonus or promotional offer.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the phfurtune Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by the applicable rules. phfurtune uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phfurtune reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. phfurtune's decision in such matters is final.

phfurtune reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it determines, in its sole discretion, to have been affected by an error, technical fault, or any form of manipulation.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phfurtune Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing a minor (under 21 years of age) to access or use your phfurtune account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phfurtune Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of phfurtune or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phfurtune Platform without the prior written consent of phfurtune.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phfurtune shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phfurtune's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phfurtune account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phfurtune does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Responsible Gaming

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, phfurtune reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account.

You may close your phfurtune account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

12. Amendments to These Terms

phfurtune reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. 13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
